The Greater Erie Area Habitat for Humanity builds homes in partnership with qualifying applicant families and the community and then sells the homes at no profit with zero percent interest mortgages.

There are three main requirements that a partner family must meet:

Ability to Pay: Meet the income guidelines based on family size and meet the debt-to-income ratios

Willingness to Partner: Complete a minimum of 300 hours of sweat equity, meet monthly with a family partner and budget coach.

Housing Need: During the application process, our Family Selection Committee will visit applicant families in their homes and determine the need for housing. Need can include overcrowding, physical/structure deficiencies, and/or cost burden.

(2) Attendance at this session is a mandatory requirement of the program.
(3) Please complete all the requested forms and bring all the required documents.

1 pm on Monday, April 14th.
