Drop-Offs

Items may be dropped off at our warehouse at 413 East 9th Street on Tuesdays , Wednesdays and Thursdays from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm and Fridays between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm. We have a warehouse assistant who will help you unload your donation. At the time of donation, you will be asked to complete the top portion of a receipt and the warehouse assistant will list the accepted items (remember we reserve the right to reject any item) and sign the receipt and give you a copy for your records. If you have any questions about whether or not an item is acceptable, please call the RESTORE at (814) 464-8946 for further information.

Pick-Ups

Please be advised that pick-ups are suspended from December 1, 2011 - March 31, 2012. They will resume in the Spring of 2012.

If you would like to make a donation of an item that is too large to fit into your car (i.e. a working refrigerator) you may call the RESTORE at (814) 464-8946 to discuss the possibility of a pick-up.

Pick-ups are generally done twice a month on Wednesday afternoons and are arranged geographically. Please keep in mind that pick-ups must be North of I-90, from center city west through Girard and center city east through Northeast.

Any item that is being picked up has to be cleaned, in working order and readily accessible as in a garage. The pick up staff cannot carry items up or down stairs nor deconstruct. If the item is not readily accessible, the staff will have to refuse the pick-up. This is for the safety of our staff and our ability to get to as many pick-ups as possible. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

When arranging for a pick up, list all of the items you will to be picked up. This list will be given to the driver, they will not accept any additional items as truck space is limited and other pick ups are scheduled. If you have additional items at a later date, you may drop them off or arrange another pick up if they are too large. Keep in mind that the driver reserves the right to reject any item. A receipt will be issued at the time of pick-up.
